We thought long and hard about our creation. Our collaborative approach symbolises how Consilium’s strengths in strategy, innovative management and development will work to channel the energy created by organisational change into growth and productivity, opposed to the chaos it can create, should that energy continue to remain unchecked.
In our logo, the little green dot represents Consilium’s innovative management and training solutions, whilst the two strings of spheres symbolise the channelled chaos of organisational change resulting in growth and productivity.
What’s in a name? What We Do
By definition the Latin word ‘consilium’ means: advice, suggestion, wisdom, plan, purpose, deliberation, consultation,
council, resolutions, measure (as in plan). Which is exactly what Consilium is all about:
